Recently you met
up with a diplomat in a party and you were struck by his quality of being extra
cautious. You did the talking all the time and he did the listening. When he was
about to say something he thought twice and finally said nothing at all. This
is how diplomats move about and this is how positive phlegmatic persons in general
behave.

qualities of positive phlegmatic persons which I have found after completing
cosmic analysis of body, mind and spirit of them:
1. Caution tops the list; they are all
good listeners and being taciturn say few words even that after evaluating pros
and cons of the matter discussed, argument presented and evidence submitted.
But having said they are committed to stand for it and defend it if needed

high pressure on him. He never loses his temper. Staying calm and collected he
displays a high degree of consistency in what he says and what he does

alert way so that your interest as well as his ones are served
5. Low profile is the strategy he always abides
by. Although he has his own opinion on a matter he never articulates it. He

that finally you arrive at a conclusion that mirrors exactly what he has in his
mind
6. Power is always muted in him. He displays
as if he is an introvert, meek and submissive guy you can have control over. In
point of fact he wants you to perceive him in that way so that you expose yourself
and pour out all your emotions, feelings and ideas. At the end you find it is
better for you to follow him rather than boss him
7. Finally, positive phlegmatic betrays
neither passion nor emotions in his conduct.
He is an easy –going person working in relaxed atmosphere and
conveniently forgets things that would upset others. The famous quote by Robert
Frost explains his nature: “A diplomat remembers a woman’s birthday but not her
age”.
