Marked by
personality trait that combines aggressiveness, short-temper and high degree of
irritability, negative chloric persons are the real task masters who run the
show in any establishment. Their word is scripture and anyone who contest it
will be condemned. Let me give you highlights of the negative chloric based on
the findings from cosmic analysis I have done on the body, mind and spirit of them:
1. Driven by fire element their temper is
really hot like Sun. Many of them have
distinguished body features. May be tall or stout still they have square faces
strong chins and jaw bones typical of Texan rangers. When they smile they show
few of the front teeth. With angular nose thick and dark eye brows they mean
business and you do not mess up with them.
2. Mind of the negative chloric works
purely in a vertical manner. Let us draw
a vertical line and draw a horizontal line in the middle and call it the mean.
Below the mean is negative and above the mean is positive. Our guy stands often
slightly above the mean and descend to the low as much as he can go where circumstances
demand. At first blush you see him as sincere person who can make your life easy
and comfortable. But when you start dealing with him or entangle in any other
relationship you will find that he means business that is skewed to his
benefit.
3. A conceited person with skills in
manipulation, creating splits among you, starting controversies and thriving on
conflicts, he can get on with divide and rule policy in style.
4. He can be helpful person and at the
same time menacing one if you cross his path. His doors are open to tale
carriers whom he entertains and make them do espionage for him on the staff
inside and outside office.
5. Since he is kept in the loop by
informants he tends to make decisions about you without even bothering to
consult with you. Suddenly you get an order to fly to some foreign destination
on business trip for which you are not briefed in advance. This dictatorial
approach is of course detested by you and your colleagues. But there is no
alternative because if you decline you will be out of his favour, if you
perform below target you have trouble with the establishment. So you have to do
or die battle under this aggressive and forceful boss.
6. As a workaholic and task master you cannot
afford to make even a slightest mistake lest you get the file thrown at your
face. You have to be dumb, deaf and a dwarf in his presence. Either stay or get
out is the mantra he applies. Yet, he will give you the best salary and allowances
higher than the market offers right now. So demanding is his nature you are to
married to the job and not to your spouse. So domineering is his style you cow
down like a meek sheep.
7. When it comes to the aspect of control,
negative chloric behaves in diametrical fashion. He likes to control others but
never let others dictate terms to him. Neither has he had self-control. He will
go full blast on you even in the presence of strangers if there is an error
whether you are responsible for it or not. If pointed out that is not your
mistake do not expect him to say sorry? Nonetheless, you can expect something
from him in compensation. A raise in your salary, a favour you never asked but
really wanted or a holiday package you just cannot miss?
