As you stand
hands stretched out on your sides you will notice the energy spectrum within
you alters from negative to neutral and then to positive. As you breathe in,
you will experience that cosmic vibration starts spreading to all parts of your
body. You get not only energy but enthusiasm and lot of zest, zeal and zing.
Here are details for you to try it out yourself.
Stand in an
open space exposed to elements including sunlight and fresh blowing of air.
Stand erect keeping your feet parallel and together. Face the direction of
North. Your right hand points towards East and your left hand to the West. In
front of you is, North and behind you it is South. Up is the sky and on the
bottom is Earth. Relax, but with firmness on your feet almost grabbing the soil
beneath. No footwear whatsoever. Close your eyes and think of Nature as supreme
and benevolent master. Now the drama begins:
Western energy
flow begins first making you calm and energetic and thereafter giving you
orange colour verve so that you can easily forget your past and be directed
towards future living. Secondary aspect of this vibe is to soothe and heal.
This energy is picked up by your left hand.
Eastern energy
is red in its aura and uplifts you with a quantum leap. Those who are deficient
in vim and vitality would find their right hands as the best source of courage
and strength. When you breathe your lungs start to enlarge more than at the
usual pace in taking quite lot of stimulants. If you happen to be a negative person
you will notice that your negativity is either controlled or totally
eliminated.
Behind you is
a tank of yellow energy coming from the South. Its auric colour is yellow and
the frequency can range in a broad spectrum. Initially energy can be volatile
for many people but over time they find natural balance. It does something
more. It affords you with high degree of protection from illness and
boredom.
In front of
you is the Northern sensation which is blue in aura and give you a major push.
It calms your nerves, stabilizes emotions and give you warmth together with a
feeling of well-being. You tend to get confidence and trust in you and on what
you do for a living.
From the bottom,
earth energy springs up. This green energy is vital for your grounding and
harmonizing with the nature. It also brings you good health and good luck. Earthen
energy gives you physical and mental stamina. Significantly, it improves your
six senses.
Finally is the
sky that concludes the dimensions of energy flow. Violet in colour, sky energy
stabilizes your strengths and marginalizes your weaknesses. You start to
radiate energy inwards as well as outwards in terms of attracting love &
affection, money & growth, self-consciousness & self-confidence.

which type of energy is required by you is easily done by performing cosmic
