Anybody would like to sleep well and, have sweet dreams. There are so many suggestions floating in the internet regarding how to have sweet dreams. While I am culling few of these for your reading pleasure let me do justice to the topic by introducing cosmic gems in facilitating sweet dreams, a practice known even in the middle ages.
Dreams are a succession of images, ideas, emotions, sentiments and other stimuli that you go through during your sleep. Dreams can be good or bad. 3. A short nap in the afternoon is said to induce pleasant drams when you go to bed in the night.
4. Do some form of calisthenics in the evening to keep your body and mind alert.
5. Your evening supper or night dinner should include a slice of cheese, cocktail of ripe fruits and of course savouring of green vegetables.
6. Either drink tea with chamomile in it or green tea just before the bedtime.
7. If you are tired or exhausted, take a spoonful of honey, mix it in a cup of warm milk and sip in slowly. Honey acts as antioxidant, replenishes glycogen in your system and stimulates nerves in the brain.
8. Keep flowers such s roses on the bedside and if necessary kiss these before you get into your bed.
9. Never, forget to wear that broad smile in your face as if you are going for a pleasant date, meeting or picnic.
10. Finally, You can choose one or more of cosmic gems that possess needed cosmics in making you sleep well and sweet dream well.
