Mars - Jupiter Conjunction February 2009: Economic Stimulus Package will Succeed

President Barack Obama signed the U S Dollar 787 Billion Economic Stimulus Package into law with the official title “the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act” on Tuesday February 17, 2009 in Denver Colorado. He called this law “the most sweeping economic recovery package in our history.” The legislation will save or create 3.5 million jobs. There has been intense debate about the Package in the television and newspapers before it became a law. Will it succeed? What happens if it fails to deliver? Where is the B plan if the package fails? These questions kept propping up in the discussion. You saw eminent economists, financial experts expressing their doubts about this plan.
What do the Cosmos says? Nobody asked this question. What is magical about the number 787 in this package? As Barack Obama signed the Plan into law something happened in the sky. That is, Mars Conjuncts Jupiter at that moment. At 9.30 a.m. UTC/GMT on Tuesday February 17, these two celestial bodies came so close for the pleasure of all viewers on earth. In this blog post, let me give you a brief note on the Mars – Jupiter Conjunction, mystical feature of Denver Colorado, the Number 787 and Cosmics regarding the success of this plan.
Positional Astronomy
1. The conjunction took place in between two stars Upsilon Capricorni and Eta Capricorni both in the Capricornus constellation. This constellation is historically depicted as a Sea –Goat. On the celestial sphere the conjunction took place at Right Ascension (RA) 20.82 hours. At this point Jupiter is at Declination 18.04 south and Mars at Declination 18.56 south. To put it another way Mars is 33 minute below or south of Jupiter.
2. Mars entered the Capricornus constellation on February 3, whereas Jupiter is already there from January 4. After this conjunction, Mars would leave the constellation on March 11, while Jupiter continues its stay till early February 2010.
3. The previous Mars - Jupiter conjunction took place on December 2006; the next is due May 2011
4. Simultaneously, the Moon, which is on 22.5 days old, has just entered the Sagittarius constellation whose occult ownership is ascribed to Jupiter. Moreover, on this date the Moon is in the 19th Arabic Manzil (Lunar Mansion) of Al-Shaula, a fortunate and auspicious time to make new beginning or planting new trees. It also symbolizes pumping of air.
Capricornus Constellation
This conjunction took place in the mane of the sea-goat Capricorn. Originated from Babylonia the sea- goat personifies” EA” or “ENKI”, the God who educates and rewards; god of intelligence and intuition. EA often appears on earth pre-warning calamities and educating how to save from these. In one instance EA has taught people to make an ark during a deluge. God Ea can be compared with God Osiris in Egyptian mythology - a do-gooder and educator. You can read about Capricornus constellation in my blog post “Jupiter- Sun Conjunction in January 2009, Reversing Economic Recession”.
Denver, Colorado
The Colorado state is located south west from the central point (meridian) of United States. South-west is the cosmic direction for Barack Obama.
The Number 787
This number springs the picture of Boeing 787 Dreamliner, a passenger aircraft of novel design and master craftsmanship, made from brittle carbon compounds rather than flexible aluminium. It is the most fuel-efficient passenger plane. Though many were sounding about the safety of the design, it became the most successful project in Boeing's history. So far 895 planes are in the order book. Now the stimulus package comes with the same figure of 787 Billion U S Dollars. What this number signify? It stands for the Arabic prayer “Bismillah –ir - Rahman- ir- Raheem”, which means “I begin In the name of God, the Beneficent, and the Merciful”. So anything done invoking the name of God receives the blessing of the Lord.
Cosmics
This stimulus package will succeed’; there in not an iota of doubt about that. The following are in support of my cosmic conclusion:
1. The signing of the Law coincides with Mars- Jupiter conjunction, where Mars represent energy and enthusiasm while Jupiter represents willingness and capacity
2. Mars and Jupiter put together, you get the energy and willingness to give a big try, make it succeed, assert power, ready for action , implement plans, do everything possible to alter the event. Succinctly, you can reverse the financial recession
3. But Mars and Jupiter together mean lot of hard work, you are not going to get it over the plate; you have to find ways and means of doing your actions. You have to start low and go up gradually.
4. Mars and Jupiter together is creative power; there are jobs to be saved or created; the ambitious plan need to be put in action with this as a major goal
5. The conjunction taking place in Capricornus constellation indicates that there is intervention by God through Barack Obama, modern day God Enki. It is great victory for a man who is in office less than a month. It is also a great victory for the world, because this will lead many nations to unveil their stimulus plan and already some of these are operational
6. The Moon in the Arabic Manzil (Lunar Mansion) of Al-Shaula is indeed very rewarding; it heralds the time for a new beginning; besides this the time you have to pump air. A good coincidence, because the economy needs lot of air to be pumped into. Besides, Moon in Sagittarius, just –in-time is another plus point.
7. Denver, Colorado in the south-western region fits rightly in the Obama administration, because for Barack Obama, this direction to start his Big Bang in his career as President is very auspicious.
8. The mystical feature of number 787 showers more grace than anything else. The U S Dollar 787 Billion may be a small and inadequate figure for the current financial hole. But the number is precise, the setting is excellent, the action is sincere, and the result will be marvellous.
