You know about sleep cycle. Dream sleep is one part of the sleep cycle where you tend to dream a lot. Promoting dream sleep makes you happy and contended. Here is a brief on dream sleep and how to promote it.

Your body temperature is up, accompanied perhaps with sweating. Both pulse and breathing go haywire. Ironically, your sexual organs are erected or aroused. So is your contentment.

Promoting Dream Sleep

Melatonin is the key hormone that promotes dream sleep as well as controls sleep cycle. Magnesium, Zinc and Vitamin B 6 (Pyridoxine) also have a hand in facilitating rest and sound sleep, which in turn induces dreams. You can savour bananas, oranges, pineapples and tomatoes to get more Melatonin while grains, beans, figs and avocados have more Magnesium. Mushroom, beans, pumpkin and spinach are good source of Zinc. Pyridoxine is ample in wheat germ, soya, sunflower seeds and dried prunes.

Therefore, to have dream sleep your bedroom must be lit appropriately. If you are using LED lighting, opt for cool white variety whereas candescent lamp must beam yellow light. Receiving and emitting signals by instruments interfere with dream sleep cycle. Other than your mobile, remove electronic instruments including TVs, radios and modems. Additionally you have to attend to the colour of curtains as well. Dark colours must be consigned to windows on eastward and light colours hanged in the west side.

Anybody would like to sleep well and, have sweet dreams. There are so many suggestions floating in the internet regarding how to have sweet dreams. While I am culling few of these for your reading pleasure let me do justice to the topic by introducing cosmic gems in facilitating sweet dreams, a practice known even in the middle ages.

Dreams are a succession of images, ideas, emotions, sentiments and other stimuli that you go through during your sleep. Dreams can be good or bad. 6. Either drink tea with chamomile in it or green tea just before the bedtime.

7. If you are tired or exhausted, take a spoonful of honey, mix it in a cup of warm milk and sip in slowly. Honey acts as antioxidant, replenishes glycogen in your system and stimulates nerves in the brain.

8. Keep flowers such s roses on the bedside and if necessary kiss these before you get into your bed.

Red: As a basic colour red is an exception where red coloured stones usually reflecting the same colour as cosmic colour. But the tonal strength of cosmic colour can differ widely. Ruby for example can refract in red, crimson and even in tinge of purple. Then there is infra-red cosmic colour which is much sharper in hue and light in tone. Most women and sometimes men hold jewellery boxes inside their wardrobes. Made in gold, silver, ivory or porcelain, expensive boxes covered in silk or lined in satin broadcast your unique personality and status. Some of these boxes are too elaborate with separate compartments for necklaces, pearls, diamonds and jewellery. Quite few are modestly made with leather, crystal and glass with not more than three compartments. Still others have a single or two trays made in plastic, fabric or cardboard just to serve the purpose of keeping your jewellery. Which Nostril to be Pierced, Left or Right?

Modern women often dismiss this question as silly with a matter of fact answer, “Oh it is just personal preference and nothing much”. My take is there is lot more than these ladies have learnt so far. Each nostril is identified with different and sometimes opposing cosmic flow. Here is a gist of my argument:

I have developed a Six-Point formula for recommending cosmic gems and cosmic jewellery. A brief explanation of the formula is given for the benefit of buyers and enthusiasts.

1. Analyse how numbers play in the life of the prospective user. Numbers are derived from the date of birth of a person. As you are aware, numbers flash cosmic light.
