Putin has stored in his unconscious mind the ideas and incidents he learnt and
underwent during his career as an agent of KGB. Here are the major highlights

in the unconscious mind of Putin.
1. He has been idealizing about KGB while
reading for his Law degree in the Saint Petersburg University and on graduation
in 1975 he joined KGB. The initials of KGB is the Russian name meaning “The
committee of state security”.
2. Putin was initially posted to the
Directorate Secretariat. Thereafter he was shifted to department to department

Andropov whom he had lionized. For example as Soviet Union is tottering Yuri Andropov
believed that Russia can improve the systems within itself with inputs from the
West without embracing rogue capitalism. Putin sided with Yuri Andropov and
supported the thesis that Russia can be salvaged with controlled modernization.
4. In personal life too, he is similar to
Yuri Andropov and is reticent in disclosing the status or details of family and
relationship.
5. As a judoka Putin is a black belt and
has achieved Eighth Dan, a rare honour. His knowledge, ability, skills and
tactics originate a lot from the martial art of Judo. For example, countering,
evading, blocking, sweeping, starting, stopping and unbalancing opponents are few
of the key technique he has learnt and mastered.
